My i5 12400 has very high cpu usage

I checked videos and benchmarks people are getting around 30-40% usage with their i5 when they are gaming but for me my
i5 12400,rx6750xt
the cpu usage goes around 90% most of the time while gaming i dont have any apps running other than discord that too
i was playing lies of P i was getting around 90% cpu it feels like my cpu is struggling a bit could someone help me out fix it
