New PC help!
My boyfriend and I just got the same exact pc, NZXT Player One. We got the same exact model with the same specs and everything. Our desks are also right next to each other with the same distance to the router. For some reason his is running at 150+ Mbps while mine is maxing out at 10 Kbps. Both are fully connected to the internet with no connection issue being stated, as well as the Wi-Fi antenna the pcs came with. We have also tried connecting an ethernet cable to my pc, still not working.
I have tried updating the pc, updating drivers, troubleshooting network, reconnecting to the Wi-fi. Even games like Minecraft are having rubber-banding and really bad lag, while my boyfriend's is moving completely smoothly.
I spent a decent amount on this pc specifically to game and also for some school work, so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I included s screenshot of the specs from the NZXT app and also from the task manager (couldn't include the info at the bottom because it shares ip address)
