Are Molvis of Pakistan afraid ?

I have been writing this with all my heart because it feels sad that no alim Deen/Islamic Scholar, be it Taqi Usmani, Mufti Muneeb, Moulana Tariq Jamil, Banori Town Molvis, Barelvi Molvis, Shia Molvis, or any other maslak Molvis had spoken about the incident of the man being thrown off the container offering namaz.

Not a single molvi of any maslak has spoken openly about the crime because it was done by the all powerful establishment itself.

On the other hand, they are ready to jump on giving instant fatwa about VPN as it is favouring the current regime.

What kind of Islam and shariat is this where you only speaks when it's not against the rulers ?

If there is any molvi representative in this group I have one simple question?

Was that man kafir who was being thrown off the container offering namaz or was that law enforcement officer kafir for what he has done? Obviously both cannot be right at the same time.

Why are you people silent on this? Islam doesn't tell you to speak when there is injustice ?
