Do men not give oral?

I’m in a friend with benefits situation and the guy I’m with ,naturally enjoys oral sex and rimming. He is a big rim buff for lack of a better term. I don’t mind pleasuring him orally and anally as I do enjoy it, however he never returns the favor.

When we’re together I do oral regularly but over time it has been anticlimactic for me. I do cum a little bit during, however I can’t finish because I’m not being physically stimulated in any such way.

We had several conversations about the importance of me being pleasured. I wasn’t sure if he just didn’t care about pleasing woman or if there was some type of knowledge deficit going on. He says he’s ocd about hygiene. I told him that I’d take a shower beforehand. He still won’t do it. This makes me feel like he doesn’t like to give oral and/or is just not interested in pleasing woman.

I had all these different thoughts in my head such as being hedonistic, pure selfishness, not good with oral. Or is he misogynistic and only believes women are good for his own sexual purposes. I’m not sure but it was really bothering me.

I asked him about his oral sex history with other women. He says he has done several times in past but sort of implied that his exes went down on him way more than he has them.

This is kind of a turn off for me because I feel it’s also just as important for a woman to be pleasured. This makes me feel unimportant or not worthy of being pleased in the same way. I’m a big proponent of a give and take type of sexual relationship. It’s also way more fun and enjoyable.

Do you feel that it’s just as important for a woman to be pleasured ? Or is justifiable that as a man, it’s important for his sexual needs to be prioritized over a woman’s?
