Dumbell incline press not improving should I switch to something else?
Been stuck on 32.5kg dumbbells for about 2 months now consistently getting 5-7 reps and doing 4-5 sets 2x a week but feel like I’m not getting any stronger. Really want to move up to 35kg but feels way too heavy (I’ve hit it for 2 reps)
Really discouraged and not sure what to do. Do I keep going or just change to a different press movement all together?
EDIT: Thank you all for the advice! You have all been so helpful, never thought to come on here and ask a question but glad I finally did.
Will switch to lower weight and aim for more reps for one of my push days and then do an Incline BB or smith machine on the other and then re assess in a few months time.
