what is this on my visor??

i have an agv pista gp rr and the past month or so i’ve noticed this come up on the visor.

i’ve cleaned it multiple times with regular muck off (i think) helmet and visor cleaner + a microfibre cloth. no amount of cleaning gets rid of it.

also there is a weird ring in the middle of the visor if you look closely too..

any info would be greatly appreciated!!
