Mormon women…..

Do most Mormon women only date men who have went on missions? Being a woman in the church, is that something you look for? Would it change anything if he did/didn’t serve a mission? Would a man, who didn’t serve a mission, have a hard time in the church dating scene? That’s what I’m really trying to get at. Would it make a difference if they were a convert? Interested on some of your thoughts, thanks.
