Why are my wounds yellow? TW sh scabs

hey lovelies

iv relapsed recently, been cutting for a few years now, and i dont think this has happened before (at least not that iv noticed). these cuts weren’t too deep, around the dermis layer of skin, and where cared for and kept moderately clean. now they are scabs but the skin around has a yellowish hue? i haven’t noticed that happen before. could it me bruising? infection? they’re a bit itchy but that usually happens.
