Anyone else feel like Wolverine definitely needs a nerf?

Like, people just figured out how to play him, and they buffed him, and now he's unkillable doing ridiculous amounts of damage to tanks with what feels like little to no counter play.

Yes I'm a tank main so it hits me hardest for sure, but like I genuinely do not know what to do against wolverine, God forbid if they have a groot to top it off. If you play a bubble character, if you fuck up the timing and he kidnaps you then you are at least half hp before you can begin to move and he's at max rage leaving you about 2 maybe 3 seconds to figure out how to get in LOS of your healers.
