what Ive learned after 1 year into digital marketing

A little about me: About 1 year ago I finished a course in digital marketing. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Admin. I got hired immediately to work for a small start up company as a digital marketing specialist and help them with SEO and other digital marketing activities. But that quickly progressed into doing Amazon ppc ads, SEO and ad copies. I barely do any SEO at all. I also write a few blogs now and then and recently started doing Google Ads. At first it was fun doing PPC and SEO. I loved figuring out how we can imorove our ad copies and stratrgy. I loved doing keyword research and using them for PPC ads and SEO campaigns. I loved doing competitor research and reviewing customer feedback so we can improve our marketing strategy. I loved problem solving and the hope that it would work. But after a year, I am quite tired. This is a never ending game. You are always chasing numbers and trying to beat out competitors. 90% of the time, I dont even know if what I am doing works at all. Its always up and down. Maybe the chase is fun for some but I am exhausted. I want to have more meaning in my career where I can help people and actually make a difference. I realized marketing is not for me. Wish me luck as I find a new career. I feel so lost. But I dont think I can keep chasing numbers and sales anymore.
