Yawgmoth's bargain banned?

Why is [[yawgmoth's bargain]] banned in commander? I feel like there's not many combos that make it op and with power creep it just feels like a modern card thats good, but not broken. But it's not OP even with [[sheoldred the apocalypse]] or [[laboratory maniac]] there's so many ways to stop it and counter it.
