My M4 mini setup

Got my m4 mini yesterday. Base version with 32gb ram and 512 ssd. The main monitor is Samsung 27" FHD 75hz. The second monitor is 20" hp pavillion 20bw 60hz, got it from a thrift store along with logitech ls11 wired speakers and a monitor stand for 35 CAD! Other accessories are apple magic keyboard, Logitech M650 bluetooth mouse, and the desk is an electronic high adjustable MotionGrey desk.

Need suggestions for my external hardrives. I have three portable ssds (2TB each). Any suggestions how to connect and use them smoothly with the mac mini m4?
