Should I Sell my M1 Pro?

I’m working an IT Sys Admin role in my current company.

I have been given an M3 Pro and I have not touched my M1 Pro since. It is a lot of money to have lying around. It is also very likely I will come into possession of a slightly faulty M2 air tomorrow (written off from company).

Should I keep this device? It seems very overkill for a device I won’t be using much anymore.

Do you keep your personal devices when you join a company? Does your usage go down?
