What character gets the best qol/gameplay upgrade with the 4th line of Enlightment

I’m trying to plan which of my alts I’m going to bring to 1680 and since I enjoy them all I’m trying to understand which class gets the best gameplay update with the 4th line of enlightenment. In my mind RE deathblade or RH destroyer make the most sense, but I am open to other suggestions since the gold and mats needed to get 1680 is insane…
