If anyone knows, what's up with EN Voices ?

Hi, i've been using English voices for a while now (been usin KR before that) and since Aegir release they've never fixed Avele's EN voices, not counting other voicelines randomly not working (hello Balthor or Ren)

Is it because of the strike about AI that has been going around since a while ? It kind of feels bad to never hear Avele's dialogues during G2 Aegir when I actually like her voicing before that :/
