Down 10kg in 5 weeks...I’m speechless!

I’m male, 41 years old and 184cm Starting weight: 128 kg Target weight: 100kg When: 6 months (now 4 months and 1 week) I have an office job so most of the time I’m staring at a monitor

Here’s what I did :

1- Got to the gym and found a PT 2- 45~60 mins moderate cardio 5 days/week 3- Weightlifting 5 days/week

Diet:

1- protein shake in the morning 2- one green apple and a banana couple of hours later 3- Big salad with no dressing for lunch+ egg whites 4- Another protein shake in the afternoon 5- Protein shake just after the workout 6- Tuna salad or grilled chicken with veggies and rice for dinner 7- Protein shake before bed

I have one cheat meal per week and I get some pasta with steak and ice cream!

Supplements:

1- multivitamin 2- omega 3-6-9 3- Glucosamine 4- lots and lots of protein powder isolate and glutamine 5- 4 capsules of Hydroxycut everyday (2 in the morning and 2 couple of hours before I hit the gym)

...I went down from size 40 to size 36 in jeans!!! I’m not sure I’m gonna stop at 100kg :)
