6 months in and down 51 lbs
today marks 6 months in my weight loss journey and i have lost 51 pounds!
i’m a 5’1 28 yo F. SW was 230 and today i weighed in at 179 (tbh it was after my workout but im still counting it 😉) GW is 130. i just wanted to share this somewhere cuz i’m pretty happy about this especially since i haven’t weighed under 180 since i was like 20.
i didn’t start on my fitness until a month ago and it’s only an hour of cardio each day (i started at 15 mins💀) and i barely started to add in like 15 mins of weights last week.
CICO, at least 7 hours of sleep, lots of protein AND fiber, and PLENTY of water! the hardest part is getting started but i promise you, a few weeks in and you start to see results it becomes addictive. you won’t want to give up.
