When Did You Begin To Notice The Paper Towel Effect?

I (28/M/5’9) started my journey at 206lbs in October. As of this morning I’m 184.8lbs, I know I’ve lost weight from the scales, measurements & progress pics but when I look down at my belly and when I look in the mirror I feel no difference between now and when I started. I was hoping I’d at least see a noticeable difference at this stage/weight. I’m still going to keep going and trust the process but I’m also impatient lol. Was there a certain point for you during your weight loss journey where you noticed your body had changed or you noticed the paper towel effect kick in?
