Anyone know how to reach a human at LinkedIn?

Company I started working for has not set up LinkedIn properly and it's been that way for years. LinkedIn stopped the account pending the movement of the account to a real human person. We gave them name and did all that was asked for in that regard. All that comes back from LinkedIn when we email them is cut and paste answers. Company doesn't pay for Premium so can't live chat with Customer Support. Is there any way to get in front of a human at LinkedIn? Thank you in advance; need to regain access to the company account.

Update: they sent back cut-and-paste message saying "your account was found in violation of the user agreement due to which we will not be able to grant you access to this account. However, due to our Privacy Policy we are unable to release our findings. Please note that the restriction on your account is permanent and will not be lifted. This is after a week of actively engaging with them and doing everything they told us to do. Unreal.
