Bike recommendations

I am 5’6, 210 lbs looking for bike recommendations. My husband just got a Trek Marlin 5, M/L frame, I tried out a Marlin 5 medium frame last night and it fit me well. There are no medium frames in Trek redbarn. Does any one have any other recommendations for bikes? I would prefer something similar to the Marlin 5, however I am not looking to spend $600+ as I am just getting into it. Facebook listings are slim here, as I live in a rural area, as I Craigslist.
