Klarna Customer Service is ABISMOL
I opened up a Klarna Card a few months ago. Ever since then I have 2 issues with them that have done completely unresolved.
I unfortunately made a purchase on a scam website and I reached out to them to let them know the website was fake, I never received my order, and they took my money. A case was opened up with Klarna and it has now been 3 months and I'm still dealing with it. Klarna sent me an email asking me to send over proof the website was scam, then shortly after claiming I never sent it and they are still requesting that I pay for the order. This has happened 3 times with no resolution in site.
Anyone I speak to has no idea what they are doing. They can't transfer me to a manager or higher up. All they do is open up a case just For me to send over the information they are asking for and then they claim they didn't receive it and the case remains unsolved. As soon as the issue is resolved I am closing my Klarna card and never using them again. WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with in my LIFE.
(Excuse the rant. I am highly frustrated.)
