Account Management: The Account Management Department is central to our investment activity. We are responsible for the setup, configuration, and daily management of our client's customized portfolios. Every day we use our views on more than seventy markets as the starting point for a sophisticated process that generates portfolios optimized to meet client risk and return objectives. We continuously seek out opportunities to improve the portfolio management process, while ensuring that all portfolios are correctly positioned and in compliance with client guidelines.

Position Summary:

The Sustained Engineer Software Developer is responsible for supporting and extending the mission critical systems that comprise the core portfolio construction and analytics platform. We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated support oriented developer who will be able to provide real-time front-line support, focusing on break/fix and small projects for Account Management.

Responsibilities would include:

• Designing, coding, testing, and delivering software assets with rapid turnaround

• Provide real-time technical support for the platform, including off hours and weekend coverage in a fast paced environment

• Facilitating routine maintenance to the systems as part of the investment process

Position Requirements:

We are looking for a person who:

• Is a recent college graduate, or someone with 1-2 years of experience

• Has experience with development or maintaining software

• Has familiarity and ability to dive into code

• Is a technical thinker who can understand how code and systems work

• Has the ability to react quickly, yet carefully

• Someone who is sharp thinker

• Demonstrates a common sense approach to problems

• Values truth and excellence at all costs, and is comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback

Preferred candidates would also meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience using SQL

• Other relevant technical experience, such as C# and .Net, is desirable
