Constant ejaculation of tiny droplets when being aroused any time (as a male).

What am I supposed to do? I can't keep taking Ghusl every time there's even a little ejaculation. is it pure or impure? how to tell? there are women and thoughts of women all around me. how to not get aroused by them?
