Disable the Offload Unused Apps feature IOS18 or Newer

As some of you have experienced, you probable accidentally tapped the offload unused app feature on IOS18 & newer. I have made that same mistake & I wanted to turn it off but could not find it. Many tutorials show you to go into settings, then App Store. Some people do not have the App Store tab on settings. There are a few who claim you cannot disable it on IOS18 & newer. Long story short, here ya go. Apple just moved it into the Apps section.

Go on Settings, Apps, then App Store. There you can disable it.
