IIL Dayseeker, Bad Omens and Spiritbox, what other bands should I be listening to?

I don’t even know what genre this music is. I guess like in between rock and metal. I can handle a little bit of screaming, but ideally they wouldn’t. Let me know if there’s some bands like these I need to check out! Female lead singers very welcome!
