ibs and ED?

Idk if this is more of a rent or a question. i just wanna know if im not alone in this. I have had stomach issues for going on 5 years and im kinda used to it by now?? but if i eat and it doesn’t hurt my stomach and i dont have to go to the bathroom immediately after i feel awful about my body? like i feel like i have to go to the bathroom or im going to get fat or sick? idk
