IFs with MC who is a right hand man

Exactly what the title said. I am in need for IFs recs that is similar to Shattered Eagle: Fall of an Empire, where the MC is the royal advisor for the Empress. Or Tally Ho, where MC is a servant for one of the RO. Though, it is important for the MC to still hold a significant spot in the story, since I can't afford the feeling of being unimportant and outshined by another character.
