Taking photos of screen (not screenshotting)

I don't think it's a big deal if someone doesn't screenshot something, using their phone instead. It doesn't destroy the quality completely and most people don't feel like screenshotting it and posting it to reddit on their PC, especially if it's not good enough to have Google and Hoi4 open at the same time. It's quicker to take a photo real quick and post it on reddit on your phone. The only case where it's bad is where the camera is really bad and you can't make out anything.
