What if Dipper was a girl?

If Dipper were a girl, how would that affect his relationships with other characters? Who would be your possible crush? (considering that she would be straight, because if she wasn't, she would still be Wendy), perhaps she and Mabel would be even closer and I imagine it would be even more interesting because instead of just being seen as a parallel, both sisters would also be said to be basically female versions of Stan and Ford.
