Need new bike?

Endurance gravel bike?

Looking for a new bike, went to my bike fitter and he suggested something with a stack of 550-570 and a reach around 365-370. I am 174cm, 169cm wingspan, 79cm inseam

My current bike is a 2021specialized diverge 578 stack and 383 reach. The stack is great however the reach is just a tad too long, we switched the stock 80 stem to a 70 stem and the reach felt perfect however the bike became uncomfortably twitchy, sadly the current model years are all based on a 70 stem and after riding them they also felt twitchy and not comfortable

My use case is local gravel trails, long 150+km a day bikepacking rides.

Would prefer just a frame set, fork mounts are almost a most, hate steel and old fashioned looking round tube bikes, ok with carbon, hydro formed aluminium and titanium. Need at least 42cm tire clearance but prefer 48, internal routing is better, 2x comparable is better, dynamo and light routing is a nice plus,

Ive looked at enve mog, chiru vagus, Mason bokeh, cervelo Aspere and Caledonia, ridley kanzu adventure, fara gravel, scott adict gravel, canyon grizl and grail and every gravel/endurance bike I could think of and everything is either too aggressive according to his stack/reach suggestions, doesn't have fork mounts, or only has a tire clearance around 32/38.

Infact the only bikes I've found that meet his requirements are Pinarello grevil and Granger unfortunately neither has fork mounts and both are ugly as fuck frame designs at least to me.

Any suggestions for bikes, preferably easily available in western eu.
