What's wrong & how to fix
This is a bell pepper plant I bought, I also have a ghost pepper plant which is doing fine behind it. But all the leaves & buds on this are so clustered together. The plant is also not very tall. Is this an issue with water? Or a bug issue? Any help is appreciated.
