Hiring for a Framer Dev

Hi I am interested in looking for creative framer dev who can build our a site for me. I am not looking for a dev shop but a person who can be creative in his work. I hired an amazing dev before from here, but he built half the website and I couldnt get in touch with him later. So need someone to come build the rest of it off. My budget is $100/page and I need 3 pages built out, UI/UX experience via Figma is needed.
