What kind of book is Bride?

I'm reading Bride, and I'm enjoying it way more than I thought I would. I cannot stand urban fantasy, but most of the urban fantasy I've come across has been the Crescent City variety. Gritty and big city esque. I thought urban fantasy was what all modern fantasy was called, but this is a very different vibe, so it has to be its own kind of thing. What is the term for it? I don't know that I'd consider it cozy because I usually don't love cozy, but this one feels cozy for me.
