Weird how Allah, a celestial being who created the whole universe, makes a religion based on Arabian, 7th century standards. (This post is specifically to non-Salafi Muslims)

Islam was made for all eternity even though Allah was trying to take Muhammed's culture into consideration, letting him (and sometimes commanding him) to practice slavery, executing critics such as Ka'b, massacring 600-900 civilians due to (alleged) treason.

Muslims would claim that Allah tried to explain Islam by integrating his morals with their pre-islamic ''perverse'', Arabian morals, even though Allah was omnipotent and could explain to Muhammed that his ''Arabian'' way of handling things, was immoral. A fallible human teacher is able to teach literal kids, who have no understanding of the subjects, why isn't Allah capable of teaching Muslims the correct form of ''morality'' that Moderate Muslims speak of?

Am I supposed to believe that the perfect, omnipotent, omniscient God was utterly incapable of teaching full-grown adults (not to mention the ''perfection'' of human creation, Muhammed) modern morality? Once again, Islam demonstrates little to no difference to other religions and cultures.

Imagine if Allah wrote scientific advancements, far beyond its time, in the Quran. Not things like the sun setting in a muddy spring or sperm originating between the backbone and the rib, but simple things like the landscape of the planets in our galaxy. Clearly, that would indicate the divinity of the Quran. Take the example below:

The Quran looks like every other (copycat) scripture of that time, during the 7th century AD, a bunch of dried-out goat-skins with no advanced information. Allah, this amazing celestial entity, decided it was more appropriate to resemble the cultures and laws of Muhammed's period. Apparently, Allah resembles them, not because he created them, no, it's because they created him. How could Allah, honoured with 99 praising attributes, two of them being omniscience and omnipotence, think of no better way to communicate.

This leaves God with the unmistakable disadvantage of communicating in the exact same way, that all the false religions also communicate.
