🇪🇪 "Espresso Macchiato" has a good chance to hit top 10 in the finals of Eurovision 2025, if not higher

I listened through Estonia's selection yesterday and it is very strong! There are plenty of great songs, but Tommy Cash and Espresso Macchiato clearly stand out in the line-up. It's not my favorite song out of all of them, but even after listening to it just once, it's engrained into my head and the chorus keeps popping into my head. It's very memorable, which is one of the most important factors for Eurovision if you ask me (if you don't remember a song, you probably won't vote for it).

I know we only have two songs so far, but if it wins Eesti Laul, I feel like it has a very good shot at making it to the top 10 in the grand final. Possibly even higher if it gets jury support, which I wouldn't count on, but the jury did like Cha Cha Cha a few years back which not many expected, so they can surprise us. Qualifying through a televote only semi-final shouldn't be a problem, it feels like a song that the public would REALLY resonate with. I could only see it fail if the staging is poor and Tommy Cash fails to deliver vocally, charismatically and energy-wise.

It's not the most creative song - the majority of the song is literally just a constant repetition of "mi amore, espresso macchiato" which can get annoying very quickly, but it still feels like a song that will be engrained into peoples minds after he has performed. We've seen good results for songs that don't take themselves too seriously in the past, and I really think it could lead to a good result for Estonia.

What do you think? Are there any other songs in Eesti Laul that you think would do well in Eurovision 2025?
