Is this Breville Barista Espresso Machine worth it?

I’m getting into making coffee and I really want to do Latte Art (I can do a tulip somewhat consistently at work) but I need something so I can practice drinks at home! I don’t mind saving up the money for whatever machine I need I just wanted to know if this one in particular is any good.
