Layer shift

I just recently started using prusa slicer. And I do enjoy the quality I get from it on certain aspects, however I am having layer shifts while using it. Not sure if anybody else has had this issue or if anybody can direct me as to what settings i need to change, if any. I appreciate any help/input

Belts are not loose or too tight
