Recently diagnosed, does anyone feel horrible physical pain?

Hi everyone, I’ve been diagnosed with recurrent depressive disorder, moderate level, and mixed anxiety and depression disorder. A year ago, I started suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. I had a colonoscopy, and everything was fine; the doctor told me it was probably my nerves, and I was prescribed anti-diarrheal pills (I couldn’t go half an hour without needing to go to the bathroom). Then I started developing rosacea. Later, while I was out with my girlfriend, walking peacefully in the park, I started having terrible chest pain. After an EKG, urine tests, and blood work, everything came back normal. They told me that stress could cause inflammation of the muscles in my chest and back, and I was given injections that relieved the pain.

I can have chest and back pain (on the left side for many days), cry out of nowhere, and vomit without wanting to. I feel very nervous because I’m a young overweight girl (24 years old), and I’m scared that maybe it’s not just nerves and that it could be something with my heart, although three doctors have already told me it’s not and that they were very strong panic attacks. And there are weeks when I feel okay, but then I wake up with chest pain and just want to cry all day. Has anyone experienced physical pain from stress or depression

note : Just in case, I’m not on any medication yet; I’m waiiting for an appointment in my awful healthcare system. :)
