Any guesses on when the Wendy, Wortox, and Walter skill trees will be released?

I haven't played DST for a year or so, but I occasionally check on the patch notes to see if there are enough changes to warrant picking the game back up. I recently noticed the patch notes from November that added skill trees to the beta for Wendy, Wortox, and Walter. This sounds great!

Is there any timeline for when these will move into production? I suppose this may just be a guess at this point, but a guess is better than nothing. Were these skill trees supposed to be part of the 2024 roadmap or not really?
