Glimmer farming is broken

I've farmed all the GMs this season (episode) and done countless dungeons and I am still sitting around 14000 glimmer. Doing endgame content should give you hundreds of thousands of glimmer, if not max it out in master stuff. But instead I'm forced to do public events just to get 10000 glimmer.

Before people mention rahool exchange, if you farm for dark fragments, herealways or phantasmal stuff you still get barely any. Glimmer is required for everything and there's no reliable way to get it
