Should I come to Delhi?

Guys, I'm 24/M, a doctor from karantaka. I studied mbbs from Bangalore and I like how it is in Bangalore. But my dream is to do Post graduation from AIIMS Delhi. I'm non combative and polite by nature, seeing all the Delhi se hu BC, it looks like I'd find it difficult in Delhi. What do you all think? Will someone like find Delhi comforting? Any help is appreciated. (people who've been in both Bangalore and Delhi, how do you compare both the cities?)
