Looking for an endurance bike that has enough tyre clearance for light gravel tyres (circa 35mm)

I'm looking for an endurance bike that can take light gravel tyres. I'm looking for a carbon frame, 105s, disk brakes and a good aesthetic.

The bikes I like the look of are:

Canyon Endurance Giant TCR Pro Merida Scultura

Has anyone any experience with gravel tyres on these? Or can suggest other options? Ideally, I would like to pay sub 2K GBP new or second-hand.
