Please help I’m worried

I’ve had this guy for a month and a half or so he is about 4 years old and he shed when we first got him a few days later perfectly. I just fed him and he was having a hard time eating it. I left him alone and eventually he ate it but he started shedding very unevenly and is screaming/crying. Is this ok, what should I do???
