Could the IRS put away Bruce Wayne?

Imagine the IRS has become tax-lusted and will stop at nothing to prosecute Bruce Wayne for whatever fiscal irregularities his business has over the years. Can Bruce Wayne fight this out in a strictly legal way and come out on top?

Rules:

  1. Bruce cannot act as Batman in this scenario. Everything must be done in his civilian persona.
  2. The IRS does not start knowing about Bruce's secret identity, but may discover it and use it against him should the investigation lead them there.
  3. You are free to speculate on whatever incarnation of Wayne Corp it is that is being audited. It could even be a composite Wayne Corp.
