Thermo fisher final interview

I did my final interview for a CTM position at thermo fisher/ppd over 2 weeks ago and still don’t know if I have gotten the job. i followed up with my recruiter twice and she said feedback was positive and successful but she does not have an update on an offer or not. Do we think they extended an offer to another candidate or that this just takes time at such a big company? Starting to lose hope.
