45 minute EWR — LGA Connection: Doable?

Hey everyone, I have an upcoming 45-minute layover to get from Newark to LGA, and I’m wondering: can it be done? I know Google Maps says no, but I feel like with the right Uber driver (or maybe a helicopter), anything’s possible. 

Context is I’m flying into EWR from Dubai on Emirates first class (going to take the in flight shower so I’m freshened up) then I’m transferring to a Spirit Airlines flight to Tampa. 

Sure, there’s traffic, and people keep telling me it’s impossible, but isn’t NYC all about beating the odds? Thoughts? Strategies? Anyone done this before?
