I think we can assume that nothing else is coming,

If there had been a special change the ministerial instructions would have updated or there would have been an announcement, but the 2025 draw week has begun and we are half way into 2025 quota and there is nothing.

I think this is the nail in the coffin that it's just CEC draws moving on.
