Around 14 months and no roots, grafting to the rescue!

I like to graft cacti seedlings to Pereskiopsis, this Astrophytum asterias was grafted to a Pereskiopsis for around a year aster 2 days germination XD

Around August/22 tried to root it, removed most "Pereskiopsis tissue" as you can see the hole where I carbed out the Peres tissue, placed to dry and forgot about it...

Starting Nov/23 found it and there where 0 roots... So it wasn't dead, but still willing to live, and decided to help it in its fight for survival and regrafted it to a Myrtillocactus, its showing growth so far :)

Truly love cactus!
