Best bang for your buck 4k gpu?

Hello, I’m looking for a gpu that will be for a 4k gaming pc that I want to play games on at high to ultra settings being at the lowest 60 fps and spend under $1800 on the whole pc. What would the best gpu for me? Thanks!
