help tech I am just a girl

Hello, I built a PC with the following components:

• AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or 500 (idno)
• RTX 3060
• Corsair RAM 2x16GB (32GB total) DDR4
• SSD
• MSI B550 motherboard

Everything powers up, but the CPU indicator light is white. What could be the issue, and what might be causing it? All components are brand new. I've been upgrading step by step based on troubleshooting, and now I've chosen the best components for DDR4 and my budget.

However, I still don’t get any display; it doesn’t seem to boot. If the CPU were faulty, the light would be red, not white. What can I do? I’m feeling frustrated.
